For budget purposes we chose to use the existing monument structure and bring it new life by adding a stucco veneer along with striking polished lettering with white LED illumination.  The other signs throughout the property benefited from a similar approach by adding additional textured wood panels, re-painting and re-facing them with the new logo and layout.  These are just a few of the ways we can work with tight budgets on any type of project!
