Paseo del Oro was a private/public funded housing complex composed of affordable apartments and retail stores.  We developed a detailed sign criteria with the City of San Marcos to insure that each retail outlet would install lettering that complimented the buildings architectural elements.  We used a product called LuminOre which allowed us to create a high-end copper look at a budget that fit the projects restrictions.
