On this project our client was doing major renovations to the interior and exteriors of the buildings in order to prepare them for sale as condominiums.  We worked closely with the projects marketing staff to develop a sign package that would truly deliver a new look to the property while maintaining the numerous wayfinding and address signage.  We also added elegant stop sign posts to further establish the “gated-private community” vision that the marketing team had established as a strong selling point.
