Tuscany - Student Housing

The Conquest Student Housing Complex had a number of challenges for our team to overcome.  One of the major concerns was the vandalism.  We anticipated the removal of various signs and worked a contingency into the original contract to cover the loss or vandalism of signs.  We worked with the developer to design a sign package that fit the student housing theme while maintaining a high level of durability.
